In the area surrounding Bourges,
Menetou Salon includes,10 villages. The vineyard is planted on calcareous sediments.
On these hillsides the soils are perfectly adapted for the production of Pinot Noir.

Vinification
: the grapes on the vine are sorted
before the harvest and then at the cellar once harvested. Maceration takes place
over 10 days. Malolatic fermentation 8 months ageing in tanks. Adapted filtration
before bottling.
