Vinification
: A first sorting of the grapes is
performed pre-havestdapted following by a second sorting during the harvest.
Maceration adapted to each vintage. Malolactic fermentation. 30% of the wine by
volume undergoes oak barrel maturation, andthe rest of the part matured in
stainless vats. All is reunited uponcompletion of vinification. A low filtration
before bottling.
