Menetou-Salon Red AOP

  • Vinification :

    A first sorting of the grapes is performed pre-harvest followed by a second sorting during the harvest.
    Maceration appropriate for each vintage.
    Separation of the free-run wine from the press-wine Malolactic fermentation.
    Filtration adapted to each wine.
    Wine matured in stainless steel vats.

  • Alcoholic content: 12.5% Vol
  • Residual sugar: < 1 g/L
  • Acidity : 3,5 g/L


Ruby red, more or less intense depending on the vintage.
Lovely intensity with notes of red fruit and spices.
The tannins are elegant in the first year, then roundness and good length on the palate, ripe fruit and spices on the finish.
